Refund Policy – The Nurses Corner

At The Nurses Corner, our goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements, and for that reason, we have established the following refund policy.   • The return must be initiated within 21 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, free from stains, odors, or any visible signs of wear.

Please note that if the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or clearance status. These include but are not limited to:

  • Clearance or final sale items – marked as such at the time of purchase.

  • Custom-made products (e.g., personalized T-shirts, mugs, glasses, and other made-to-order items).

  • Masks and head wrap sets due to personal-use and hygiene considerations.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order for these items.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

If your order qualified for a free shipping promotion, please note that in the event of a return or exchange, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The Nurses Corner does not cover return postage under any circumstances unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

4. Return and Refund Process

To initiate a return:
